On October 23, 2015, we announced that on October 22, 2015, the board of directors of our general partner declared a prorated quarterly cash distribution of $0.318 per unit on all of its outstanding common and subordinated units for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The distribution will be paid November 13, 2015, to unitholders of record as of the close of business November 3, 2015. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Enable Midstream Partners Increases Quarterly Distribution

OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 23, 2015) -- Enable Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:ENBL) announced today that on Oct. 22, 2015, the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.318 per unit on all outstanding common and subordinated units for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2015. The distribution will be paid Nov. 13, 2015, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 3, 2015.

This distribution represents the fifth consecutive quarterly distribution increase since Enable paid its first quarterly distribution for the second quarter of 2014. With this increase, Enable’s distribution has grown 3 percent from its fourth quarter 2014 distribution, the low end of previously announced 2015 distribution growth guidance of 3 percent to 7 percent as measured from the partnership’s fourth quarter 2014 distribution.

The partnership owns, operates and develops strategically located natural gas and crude oil infrastructure assets. The partnership’s assets include approximately 12,300 miles of gathering pipelines, 13 major processing plants with approximately 2.3 billion cubic feet per day of processing capacity, approximately 7,900 miles of interstate pipelines (including Southeast Supply Header, LLC of which the partnership owns 50 percent), approximately 2,200 miles of intrastate pipelines and eight storage facilities comprising 87.5 billion cubic feet of storage capacity.
