The business and affairs of Energy Transfer LP (the "Partnership") is managed under the direction of the Board of Directors of Energy Transfer Partners, L.L.C. (the "Company"), the general partner of the Partnership's general partner, Energy Transfer Partners GP, L.P. (the "General Partner"). Information concerning the Partnership's Board of Directors is disclosed through its Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission, the Annual Report to Unitholders and on the Partnership's website, www.energytransfer.com.

In addition, the Partnership has established a procedure by which Unitholders may send communications to the Board of Directors.
